ProDentum clinic specializes in modern digital technology to provide shorter treatment times, reduce the number of visits, and minimize patient discomfort, while achieving excellent treatment results. These advantages allow us to provide treatment for all patient who have strict time constraints, especially those who live abroad. In these cases treatment is performed in the following order.

Phase I

Before coming to Lithuania for treatment, patients provide as much information about their teeth as possible: medical records, X-rays and other material. Using this information, a preliminary treatment plan is created. Necessary examinations and consultations with ProDentum specialists are booked.

Phase II

Consultation, refining of treatment plan, data gathering, digital smile design, intraoral scanning, facial scanning or photography, computed tomography (if necessary). During this phase, teeth with poor prognosis are extracted. Using modern technology, provisional restorations are quickly manufactured. Root canal treatment and implant insertion with or without bone augmentation is performed. This phase takes 2 to 5 days. In some cases, provisional prostheses may be fixed to dental implants during phase II. For patients with anxiety, we provide intravenous sedation. Patients can also choose the One-day program, when complex dental treatment is done in the shortest amount of time.

Phase III

Depending on the clinical situation, usually after 2 to 3 months and after the patient has adapted to provisional restorations and the implants have integrated, the final phase begins: the making of final aesthetically pleasing restorations. They are manufactured at one of the most advanced laboratories in Lithuania, our in-house Digitorum LAB. Patients are taught how to take care of their prostheses. This phase takes 5 to 7 days; however, it depends on the size of the rehabilitation.

Using the TFW protocol, teeth with an unfavorable prognosis were extracted, implants placed and a provisional restoration was placed.

Dental treatment under sedation

During the maxillary sinus lift surgery, sinus mucosa is lifted, then protected using a special membrane, and the sinus floor is filled using bone substitute.

Alveolar augmentation using a bone block is a surgical procedure where a piece of bone is taken from a donor site in the jaw, and placed in a recipient site.

Professional tooth cleaning

During the procedure ultrasonic, manual and rotary instruments are used to clean mineralized plaque (calculus) and to polish tooth surfaces.
