The goal of all consultations in the ProDentum clinic is to create the most detailed treatment plan which is acceptable in all aspects, taking in consideration patient’s general health and the condition of the masticatory system, patient’s complaints, financial ability and preferences. During the consultations the patient is provided with all relevant information on the planned treatment, treatment options, their benefits and drawbacks, treatment time and costs.
In order to provide the highest quality of service, some times consultations with other specialists may be necessary, such as endodontists, periodontists, oral surgeons, specialists in implant placement, prosthetics and other fields.
We use a lot of equipment for special tests, such as caries and plaque markers, intraoral scanners, dental and panoramic X-rays, 3D computed tomography, spectrophotometry, photography, facial scanning, jaw position registration and many others.
For large-scale work and implant placement planning we use the digital patient concept and TFW protocol for accurate implant placement and prosthodontics, developed by ProDentum’s clinicians and researchers. Find out more here: www.digitorum.eu
These innovative diagnostic and treatment techniques allow to combine various diagnostic information into a single “digital patient”. 3D radiological, intraoral scanning and facial scanning data are combined to simulate restorative treatment and implant placement. This allows to thoroughly evaluate the situation, and predict the treatment process and costs. It is also easier to understand for the patient, who can then participate in the decision making of the treatment.
Images from intraoral scanning, facial scanning and 3D computed tomography fused using TFW protocol for diagnosis and treatment planning.
Specialists at ProDentum clinic will inform you about the condition of your teeth accurately and clearly, advise on treatment methods most suitable to your case, and will provide the treatment prognosis.
Other recommended treatments
The ProDentum clinic has a wide range of services and provides patients with the highest level of professionalism.
TFW protocol includes digital and analog technology used for everything from diagnostic imaging, implant planning to final restoration using special devices for measuring accuracy.
Implant placement using dynamic navigation
Dental implant placement is a surgical procedure where high precision is of greatest importance. Extra-precise dental implant positioning has a lower risk of complications, and occasionally allows us to avoid bone augmentation.
Often large scale tooth crown defects cannot be restored using fillings. In these cases, inlays, onlays or crowns may be used to restore damaged teeth.
Fillings help to remove damage caused by tooth decay. The cause of this damage is plaque.
ICON system procedure (treatment of tooth decay without drilling)
Taikant ,,ICON’’ sistemą stengiamasi mikroinvaziviai (be gręžimo) gydyti pradinį ėduonį, kol jis yra emalio paviršiuje ir pirmame dentino trečdalyje
The goal of orthodontic treatment is an effective correction of improper bite. During treatment, tooth and whole arch anomalies are corrected.
A child’s first encounter with a dentist should be after the first primary tooth has erupted, when it is generally recommended to bring a child for a check-up.
Sinus lift surgery
During the maxillary sinus lift surgery, sinus mucosa is lifted, then protected using a special membrane, and the sinus floor is filled using bone substitute.
Professional tooth cleaning
During the procedure ultrasonic, manual and rotary instruments are used to clean mineralized plaque (calculus) and to polish tooth surfaces.
Digital smile design
It is great that today dentistry can use digital technology and visualization to provide an approximate image of the planned result.
Temporomandibular disorders are problems of the jaw joint and chewing muscles.
