- 1986-1996: Vilnius 18th secondary school
- 1996-1998: Vilnius Lyceum
- 1998-2003: qualification of general dental practitioner, Vilnius University, Faculty of Medicine.
- 2003-2004: dentistry internship in Vilnius University Hospital Žalgirio Clinic
- 2005-2008: residency of endodontics in Vilnius University Institute of Dentistry
- From 2005 onwards: Private practice
- 2008-2011: endodontist, Vilnius University Hospital Žalgirio Clinic L. Kacinskiene regularly attends conferences and seminars in Lithuania and abroad. She had a scholarship in Switzerland to become a certified Dentsply Maillefer teacher, attended TTT courses.
